Roles and Responsibilities
1.Manage a high volume of accounts with a focus on quality communications, writing and strategic engagement.
2.Confidently engage with prospects & donors via phone, email & personal meetings and manage the end to end relationship.
3.Meet and exceed the annual fundraising targets.
4.High degree of comfort using CRM and other tools available for donors
5. Experience in the areas of donor development, sales, fundraising, donor management, donor services or other related field is added benefit
6.Ability to acquire fresh mid - value donors and building the fresh pipeline.
7.Over all Experience in Acquisition and Retention of Mid - Value donors.
